In partnership with Prairie College, ECSD Dual Credit Program offers courses for students interested in pursuing an exciting, fast-paced career as a commercial pilot.
The AV 100 course has been designed to provide students with an opportunity to develop knowledge of aviation related subjects to make them a better and safer pilot.

Course Details
Students will complete flight training modules designed to fulfill Transport Canada requirements towards a commercial pilot license with multi-engine and instrument flight ratings.
Semester II February 4, 2026 - May 2, 2026: AV100 Private Pilot License Ground School
Admission Requirement: Enrolled concurrently or completed Math 20-1 or 20-2 and English 20-1 or English 20-2
Delivery Method: Online, video lectures via Zoom. Successful candidates must have access at home to a computer with both a camera and a microphone.
Online Meetings: Wednesdays 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Along with independent coursework, there will be a large amount of reading and various assignments.

$71.00 Alternative Program (Non-Refundable)
$90.00 Caution Fee (Refundable upon the return of textbooks/materials in good condition)
*ECSD reserves the right to cancel courses that do not meet minimum enrolment requirements.
