Mass Revealed

Understand. Celebrate. Participate.

Why do Catholics go to Mass? What is the Eucharist? Why do we stand, kneel, and sing?

Mass is the central celebration of the Catholic faith, where we gather to worship God and receive the Eucharist. The Mass Revealed is a new video series now available to help students, families, and parish communities learn about the different elements that make up a Catholic Mass.

The series aims to help build deeper understanding and move people from simply attending Mass to fully, consciously, and actively participating in it.

The videos are simple and easy to understand, and provide information on the prayers, symbols, gestures, sacred spaces, objects, and traditions of a Catholic Mass.

Each video is accompanied by a learning guide featuring key vocabulary, reflection questions, and opportunities for discussion and learning.

We invite families to watch the videos together, talk about what they learn, and then experience Mass with a deeper understanding by actively participating in its celebration.
