Human Resource Services department acts in a supportive role to Edmonton Catholic Schools in addressing human resource needs for all Division employees.
Human Resource Services initiatives address a variety of responsibilities which impact all components of our organization. Examples include good hiring practices, staffing, staff development, employee orientation and recognition, employee absences, grievances and disciplinary response, employee assistance programs, benefits management, contract negotiations and management, production and distribution of payroll and handling the business of data management for our 5500 employees.
