Stolen or Lost ETS Arc Bus Pass
ETS Arc card: the replacement fee is $6.00. A new card must be purchased through the student's school. Arc cards purchased externally cannot be used for youth pass payment reloads.
Note: The Division will no longer be utilizing yellow bus passes starting September 2025

Who is eligible for Yellow Bus Service?
Eligibility for yellow bus service is determined by where a student lives. Find your designated school by entering your home address into the Locate a School tool. Students attending their designated school may be eligible for yellow bus service if they are:
- Kindergarten to Grade 6 who live at least 1.6 km from their designated school.
- Grades 7 to 12 who live at least 2 km from their designated school and Edmonton Transit (ETS) is unavailable.
