Edmonton Catholic Schools Foundation Supports Students and Their Families

In the 2024-2025 school year, the Edmonton Catholic Schools Foundation remained steadfast in its core mission: to uplift vulnerable children across the Edmonton Catholic School Division. The Foundation directly impacts students' well-being and academic success by providing crucial resources such as nutritious meals, essential mental health support, and funding for extracurricular activities. This ensures that financial hardship doesn't hinder a child's ability to learn, grow, and fully participate in their Catholic education.

  • Supported wellness animal sessions for multiple high-needs schools, aiding students experiencing anxiety or stress
  • Subsidized educational and recreational field trip costs for low-income students, so they may experience the wonders of their community
  • Assisted in the creation of calming and reflective spaces for students, such as a garden and a sensory room
  • Subsidized medical costs, such as hearing aids and emergency dental care
