Planning for Post-High School Success: A Free Resource for Families
April 9, 2026
Edmonton Catholic Schools is pleased to offer myBlueprint, a free online education and career‑planning tool available to all students in Grades 7–12.
Designed to support students from self‑discovery through to post‑secondary planning, myBlueprint helps learners build clarity, confidence, and a clear plan for life after high school. Families can play an important role every step of the way.
Using an inquiry‑based approach, myBlueprint supports a comprehensive education and career planning process that responds to each student’s interests, strengths, and aspirations.
myBlueprint Family Information Sessions
Parents and guardians, are you looking for ways to support your child as they plan for their future? Not sure how to help them choose a career pathway or post‑high‑school option?
Career planning begins with understanding a student’s interests and skills—then exploring what comes next, whether that’s:
- entering the workforce directly
- pursuing the skilled trades
- attending college or university
Which option is the best fit for your child?
Every Grade 7–12 student in Edmonton Catholic Schools has access to myBlueprint. To help families make the most of this resource, myBlueprint is offering free, virtual parent information sessions
Upcoming Sessions (Canada‑wide)
- Beyond Grades: Helping Your Teen Build Clarity and Confidence (April 21)
- From Insight to Action: Turning Self-Discovery into Post-Secondary Decisions (May 7)
Can’t attend live?
Registration includes access to the session recordings.
