First Day of Classes

Most Edmonton Catholic Schools (ECSD) students will return to class on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

Junior high and high school students: Some schools have staggered start dates or orientation days where students can pick up timetables and textbooks before classes begin. Please visit your school's website to confirm your start date and back-to-school schedule.

Year-Round Schools

Students attending year-round schools will return to class on Monday, August 17, 2026.
