WIN stands for “Whatever is Necessary, Whenever it’s Needed.” It supports students with diverse needs through alternative learning methods, focusing on real-world skills and community transition. Work study aids career programming and community participation.
Grades 10-12:
WIN Senior supports high school students with cognitive needs to attain a Certificate of Completion. Students audit classes to develop communication, social, and learning skills, and receive one-on-one or small group instruction from WIN teachers. They also engage in community interactions and work study.

Life Skills Development
Students working toward a Certificate of High School Completion receive individualized learning opportunities centered on functional life skills and personal goals, including work study or experience. WIN Senior provides in-school or community work study placements for practical experience, helping students make informed decisions about their future.

Staff assist students with:
- Resume writing
- Job placement
- Interviews
- Travel training
- On-the-job training
WIN Senior uses a team approach, involving students, parents/guardians, and stakeholders. The WIN teacher and staff provide daily support, with specialized services available as needed.
