AAC Goes to School is a learning opportunity for all students with complex communication needs and their families & caregivers. We will provide online access to literacy and age appropriate, multilevel, blended curriculum activities.
For families and caregivers, we:
ensure their child has access to AAC, either light tech or high tech
provide visuals to support the child to anticipate their time with us, know the expectations, and support regulation
welcome school & home team to participate
provide regularly scheduled daily opportunities to join (11:00 AM Mon, Tues, Wed & Fr)
provide an opportunity each Thursday morning just for parents/caregivers and their teams.
