Company members will also have the opportunity to experience professional theatre productions as members of the Citadel Students’ Club. Citadel Theatre performances take place during the evenings, with pre-show and post show seminars held during the lunch hour. There is a fee associated with this program. Fees collected go directly towards purchasing tickets for the Citadel Students’ Club and other professional theatrical performances, and also will be used for master classes, guest artists/instructors, and production costs. Students requesting this program need only to select the Theatre Intensive Program Holding Bin and they will be put into all of the appropriate courses based upon any previous coursework completed. Students will be placed in courses based upon completed prerequisites.

The Theatre Intensive Program is intended for students with significant interest in all aspects of theatre creation and production. Please note that there are rehearsal and performance requirements and commitments that extend beyond normal school hours. Prospective Theatre Intensive Students may also want to consider the International Baccalaureate Theatre course that is offered as a component of Louis St. Laurent’s IB Diploma program.
