Congratulations to Latricia Bucyk and Dakoeda Cormier whose CELL project was entered in the 'Safe Drinking Water Foundation's' Student Action on Canadian Water Attitudes Competition, and they won first prize in Canada! Nicely done girls! The girls will receive science kits as prizes, and they won the school a water purifying/bottle filling station to be installed in the school. They not only learned and demonstrated a huge amount regarding our drinking water, they held mini seminars for TA groups on the second floor. As well a big Thank You to Dorothy and Sabbi, without whom CELL - project based inquiry learning in action - could not run.
