WHO SHOULD ENROL?

  • Students wanting hands-on experiences for undergraduate, trades or technologies prep 
  • Students who have completed high school but require skills for work or post-secondary 
  • Students in Grade 11, 12 or 4th year students wanting advanced level training in technologies or trades while remaining in their home school

Dual Enrolment

Enrol in Career Skills Centre programs while attending home school. Complete high school at home school while accessing advanced training at the Career Skills Centre.

Fourth Year Enrolment

Students 19 or under as of September 1 are eligible to enrol for Career Skills Centre courses. 

Some of the advantages of this program include post-secondary training and advanced standing, job entry skills designed and approved by industry, opportunity for real world experiences and real world marketable skills which provide opportunity for increased earning power. 

Apprenticeship program students have the opportunity to work towards their first-year technical certification in many of our lab experiences. This gives students advanced standing towards earning their first-year apprenticeship qualification.
