 SEPTEMBER 14-19:  Skills week: Passing, Shooting, Ground Balls.

SEPTEMBER 22-26:  Individual skill/positon: Isolation moves, 1 on 1 Defending, Passing out of slide.

SEPTEMBER 29-3:    Multi-player dynamics: 2 on 2 and 3 on 3 play, Face-offs.

OCTOBER 6-10:        Transition lacrosse: Rides, clears, Fast break offense/defense.

OCTOBER 13-17:      Team defense: Forcing to help, Slide packages, Footwork.

OCTOBER 20-24:      Team offense: 6 on 6, On-ball offense, Off-ball offense.

OCTOBER 27-31:      Systems work: Set offense, man advantage, man down, changes.

NOVEMBER 3-6:      Trip preparation: Game dynamics, focus plays, situational lacrosse.

NOVEMBER 7-17:    In Baltimore, Maryland.

NOVEMBER 18-21:  Skills week: Passing, Shooting, Loose Balls.

NOVEMBER 24-28:  Individual position play: Iso offense/defense, closed-quarter offense, breakaways.

DECEMBER 1-5:       Multi-player dynamics: 2 on 2, 3 on 3, Face-offs.

DECEMBER 8-12:     Transition lacrosse: 4 on 3, 3 on 2, 2 on 1, Breakouts.

DECEMBER 15-19:   Team defense: Pressure D, Shell D, Zone Defense, Footwork.

DECEMBER 30-2:     Team offense: 5 on 5, Ball swing/movement, Offensive concepts.

JANUARY 5-9:          Systems work: Power play, Short man, Chase team, Rag team.

JANUARY 12-16:      Offense/defense dynamics: Strategic lacrosse concepts.
