Field Trip Information and Forms
All field trip information and forms for school field trips in the 2018-2019 school year will be either emailed to parents/guardians directly or made available on the class's Google Classroom.
Parents/guardians are to read the information provided, then print, sign, and return the permission form by the defined due date.
Using our online payment option via the Parent Portal is the preferred means of payment.
The final step is to send the permission form to the classroom teacher in a timely manner. Parents/guardians might also want to print the details of the field trip with reminders of when it occurs and what to bring.
