Spanish 10 - 5 Credits
This the first course of a three year program for students who are just beginning their study of Spanish. Students will explore familiar topics and develop their skills in listening comprehension, reading, speaking, and writing. An introduction to Spanish culture is also presented.
Spanish 20 - 5 Credits
Students in Spanish 20 will continue to develop their language skills learned in Spanish 10. An exploration of the diverse cultures within the Spanish speaking world is also a focus.
Spanish 30 - 5 Credits
Spanish 30 is recognized as a second language requirement for university entrance. In Spanish 30, more attention is given to developing the skills of reading and writing in authentic contexts. Oral communication and the study of culture remain an important part of the course.
