Students at Archbishop Joseph MacNeil

- Students currently at AJM will be given the appropriate Enhanced Academic Program and option selection forms at school in mid-March.


Students enrolled at an Edmonton Catholic School

- Students who currently attend grade six at an Edmonton Catholic School will have received a passport which was to be returned to their school indicating their school of choice for grade seven.

- Passports are then sent to the appropriate junior high school. 

- Application forms for Enhanced Academic Program and option selection sheets will be sent to their current school to the students who have selected AJM, and who have been approved to attend. These forms are to be taken home, completed, and returned to their current school. The completed forms will then be sent to AJM.

- Students will receive communication from AJM, usually in May, as to the outcome of their Enhanced Academic Program application. Option selections will be indicated on the student's schedule in September.

Students not enrolled outside Edmonton Catholic Schools

- Complete an Edmonton Catholic Schools registration document and bring it to the main office at Archbishop Joseph MacNeil school.

- Students that are accepted to attend school at AJM will be contacted and the appropriate Enhanced Academic Program and option selection sheets will be sent to the students home address.

- Forms are to be returned to the AJM main office.

- Students will receive communication from AJM, usually in May, as to the outcome of their Enhanced Academic Program application. Option selections will be indicated on the student's schedule in September.
