Provincial Curriculum Survey and Face-To-Face Sessions

An online provincial curriculum survey is now open at curriculumsurvey.alberta.ca and will remain open until June 2, 2017. The survey provides an opportunity for Albertans to provide feedback, in English and in French, on the draft subject introductions and draft scope and sequences. Feedback collected in the spring 2017 survey will help refine the draft subject introductions and scope and sequences prior to the development of learning outcomes, which will begin in fall 2017.

Alberta Education is also conducting face-to-face sessions with the Alberta Regional Professional Development Consortia (ARPDC) to support Albertans in responding to the survey. These sessions will run until the closing of the survey on June 2, 2017.

Information on how to access regional sessions is posted on the ARPDC provincial website at www.arpdc.ab.ca. Individual participation and group facilitation guides are also available for individuals or for groups that want to host their own sessions to help their members complete the survey. Support materials in French are available through the Consortium Provincial Francophone at www.cpfpp.ab.ca. A print version of the survey is also available from the ARPDC.
