AnxietyBC  works with experts to increase awareness, promote education and improve access to current, evidence based resources on anxiety. They have many free of charge, self-help, downloadable resources to support management of anxiety for youth and young adults.

These books suggest hands-on activities that parents and teachers can use to develop children's resiliency skills.  Books are available for ages 0-2 years, 2-4 years, and 5-9 years

Blue Wave

Blue Wave is a program of the Canadian Mental Health Association of BC. The website is tailored to teens and provides information on anxiety, substance abuse, depression, access to supportive resources and information on how to talk to others for support.

Bully Free Alberta – Website 

Website which helps parents, youth, schools, and community members take control of this issue by giving them the tools they need to prevent or intervene in a bullying situation. A one-stop resource filled with helpful information about how to deal with bullying.

If you’re a victim of bullying or abuse, call trained staff at any time of day, or chat online from noon to 8 pm. Online chats and calls to the helpline are anonymous.

Child/Adolescent Mental Health (CASA) is a major community-focused provider of mental health services for infants, children, adolescents and their families. It is located in Edmonton and also provides services to Central and Northern Alberta

The Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) Program provides a wide range of family-centered supports and services.
