Reduce Stigma. Receive Information. Reflect on Strategies.
The Children, Youth & Families- Addiction and Mental Health (AHS) and Edmonton Regional Collaborative Service Delivery are pleased to continue to provide caregivers and school personnel with excellent opportunities to increase their awareness of the mental health and addiction challenges that children and adolescents may experience.
These free sessions are intended to provide parents, caregivers and community members with basic information about addiction and mental health challenges that can impact children and youth.
In our efforts to promote mental health literacy we have adapted some of our sessions to include pre-teens/teens to attend with their parent/caregiver. Please refer to the poster for which sessions encourages teens to attend and which are for adults only.
Information about our upcoming sessions, including dates, locations and links to register can be found in our spring poster. Registration is open for all caregiver session.
