Academic Program

French Language Arts is focused on four communication skills: listening (oral comprehension), speaking (oral composition), reading (written understanding) and writing (written composition). Language skills are developed in class through discussion, debate, writing projects, film and novel studies. Students apply strategies they develop to all school subjects taught in French including Math, Science and Social Studies.
