We have managed to get approval to have students into the building, that would like an opportunity to have Grad Photo Retakes. The dates the photographers will be coming in to start are Wednesday, May 12 and Thursday, May 13. We will be booking times between 9:00am and 3:00pm, those two days, on a first come, first served basis. If there are too many requests for those two days we will then look at possibly adding Friday, May 14 to the schedule. This will not be done until the previous two days have been filled.
We will be following all safety protocals that have been set out by the GOA, AHS and ECSD. All time slots are 30 minutes apart to allow for no overlap in students present in the building or in line waiting their turn. This will also allow sufficient time to sanitize the area and seating used for the shoot.
If you would like to have an appointment scheduled, then you will need to email Mrs. Padovani at the email address below. On your email, make sure you have your full name and your first two choices for general day and time that you would like. A confirmed time will be emailed back to you at the email address that you sent your request in on.

Once confirmed you will need to access your Powerschool account and make payment for Grad Retakes in the amount of $30. This is the cost of the additional sitting fee and proofs that you will receive from the Photography Company. Please bring proof of payment to your scheduled time and give it to the photographer present.
Requests will no longer be taken after 12:00pm on Wednesday, May 12 to allow time for scheduling and organization so be sure to put in your request as quickly as possible to ensure you receive a sitting.
