Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hockey Academy

  • Our Goal at the Mount Carmel Hockey Academy is to provide each student-athlete an opportunity to pursue excellence, and to improve and develop the physical, mental and tactical demands of the game of hockey.
  • Throughout the training, students will improve their time management, independence, and organizational skills
  • Providing a positive faith-based learning environment and experience that will assist the student-athlete in his or her total development.

Our mission statement at OLMC academy is to develop our students’ academic, social, and athletic potential. Through the hockey academy and our motto of Heads, Hands & Hearts students will be able to practice and reinforce those skills and abilities. Through the academy, it is our vision to teach young student-athletes into becoming balanced 200-foot hockey players with offensive skills, cerebral thinking, and leadership. A big component of our program is to instill a sense of appreciation in our students for becoming lifelong learners of education, health, growth, and the importance of becoming good neighbors and people.

OLMC hockey academy allows our student-athletes to access a complete academic program while providing an opportunity to participate in the sport they love and grow their physical health during the school day. We believe that this creates a positive climate and culture for both students and staff.

We will provide:

  • Each student has an opportunity to pursue their potential and improve and develop the physical, mental, and cerebral demands of their sport.
  • Access to exceptional instruction, equipment, and training facilities
  • A positive faith-based learning environment that will assist our student-athletes in their total development

MTC Hockey Academy is once again able to offer shadow days for students who wish to see the school, view our hockey facilities, and to discuss the program with our Lead Teacher and Instructor.
