Excellent Academic Program: J.J. Bowlen offers a strong academic program and excels in Provincial Achievement Testing in all four core subject areas.
Fine Arts Program: Students develop and celebrate their artistic ability in Art, Drama, & Film Studies.
Athletic Program: At JJ Bowlen, a variety of inter-school teams are organized. All students are encouraged to try out for school teams. Through league play and tournaments a positive atmosphere and school spirit is built to make JJ Bowlen a better place. These games are played after school and occasionally there are weekend tournaments. Consider joining these teams:

Variety of Complementary Courses: We offer a wide variety of option courses including French, Music/Band, Foods, Art, Computer Technology, Film Studies, Environmental Stewardship, Construction & Design, and Physical Education Leadership.
An additional focus includes our Honour Band - Students join it to deepen their skills and explore their creativity. Our HB plays at various venues and events, and even takes its show on the road!
