Our Catholic Faith

St. Gerard majella-3.jpg

Phase I of St. Gerard opened in 1950 and the two story second phase opened in 1958. St. Gerard who was canonized by Pope Pius X in 1904, inspires young people to be generous with their time and talents and to be of "service" to others. St. Gerard Majella is the patron saint of expectant mothers.

Today our students come from countries all over the world. We continue to be servants in our community and in our school. As a small school, we know everyone by their first name and we strive to share our gifts with each other. We act locally to help "change" our corner of the globe. As agents of change, our students are learning to live out the Gospel teachings and Pope Francis' exhortations to serve the poor and less fortunate just as Jesus did.
