It goes without saying that even the smallest kindnesses are always appreciated when you receive them. It is also empowering for us to know that when we carry out acts of kindness, we are positively impacting someone's life, even if it is just for a moment. As Saint Teresa of Calcutta told us, "we can do small things with great love!" Kindness starts with one.
