Our students take part in many different activities that enrich our whole community:
AMA Patrols
Our grade 5 and 6 students patrol the front walkway every morning and afternoon.
Services
Sign of Hope: Students, parents and the School Advisory Council run and donate several activities each year to raise money for this worthy cause.
Lunch monitoring: Our grade 5 and 6 students assist the adults who are on noon hour supervision by assisting in other classrooms. This allows our students to eat in their classrooms rather than gathering in one large group in the gymnasium.
Food Bank Collection: Throughout the year, families donate canned items towards those in need.
Friendship Card Share: The children have created various Christmas cards and treats to deliver them to our community and seniors homes.

Notes on Translation
The electronic translation service is hosted by Google Translate. The quality of the translation will vary in some of the languages offered by Google. Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 50 languages, although an impressive number, this does not capture all languages or dialects. The basic translation’s goal is to capture the general intention of the original English material.

The Cobb County School District is committed to parent, family and community engagement, and it is our hope that by providing this tool on our website that we are making our information more accessible to families whose first language is not English and thereby enabling better engagement in public education.
