"Together We Grow"

Our Mission:

To help our children develop their potential and bring to life the best version of themselves (body, mind, and spirit).

Our Vision:

As a Christ-centered community, we foster healthy relationships through collaboration, inquiry, critical thinking, and reflection. Everyone is welcome and has a ‘place in the circle’ as we learn about who we are, where we come from and where we are going. Cultural awareness and diversity are at the root of who we are and how we learn.

At Our Lady of Peace Catholic School, we believe in growing healthy hearts, minds, and spirits.

On this journey, children come to realize their potential. They bring to life the best version of themselves.

Our School Philosophy is based on:

A holistic approach to education. An approach that values community and building relationships. An approach that strengthening our connections with nature. An approach that finds meaning and purpose in life (through respect, passion, peace).

Cree teachings and traditions that values a balanced life of mind, body, and spirit. That holds a sacred relationship with nature through the gifts of Mother Earth. That honours the natural laws given to us by Kiso Manito. Recognizing that 'we are all related' and rely on each other in the circle of community.

Christian Faith in experiencing the presence of Jesus Christ in our daily life.
