Succession Planning
Through succession management, ongoing
processes have been developed which
systematically promote, identify and assess
leadership capability of staff to meet future
school and district needs.

Fundamental
Elements of all Programs
"Do not go where the path may lead,
go instead where there is no path
and leave a trail."
Ralph Waldo Emerson
All programs offered through Leadership
Services examine the role of the principal
as Catholic Educational Leader in a Christ
Centred Professional Learning Community.
The four common elements of the programs
include:
. Critical Self Examination
. Professional Dialogue
. Professional Literature
. Reflective Journaling
Through group process participants have the
opportunity to experience these elements on
a regular and ongoing basis.
"The quality of a leader is reflected in the
standards they set for themselves."
