Method of Tuition Payment
There are three methods of payment:
- Bank drafts, money orders, or certified cheques made payable to: Edmonton Catholic Schools.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if the International student:
- Is denied admission to Edmonton Catholic Schools,
- Is not able to obtain a Study Permit, or
- Becomes a Permanent Resident of Canada prior to September 30 of current academic year.
Request for refund must be submitted in writing and will be considered only if submitted before September 30 for the current school year.
- No refund will be issued for late arrivals
- No refund will be issued once a student has started school
Refund cheques are issued:
- Only to the payee
- In the amount of paid tuition fees less non-refundable $300 application processing fee
- Within 2-3 weeks after written request has been approved.
Note: We do not do direct deposit for refunds.
