Administrative Technology ServicesThe Staff Call Center is an integral part of the user service and support structure provided by Infrastructre and Information Technology Services. The Staff Call Center provides one of the initial stages in a process working to ensure that support is provided to both Administrative and Educational staff.

The Staff Call Center is currently staffed by two Call Center Analysts; John Luu and Brett Emslie. To contact the call center you can call 780-441-6111 or e-mail helpdesk@ecsd.net The Staff Call Center operates from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. Support calls received by the Analysts are logged and tracked to resolution using a call tracking system called Altiris.

Calls are responded to within an established timeframe. Should the call not be resolvable by the Call Center Analysts, they will assign the call to an appropriate level of support and then continue to monitor the call until resolution.
