To continue improving teaching and student learning by:

• collecting current and authentic data
• developing teachers as researchers

To further strengthen our Catholic professional learning community through:

• school collaboration and sharing of stories
• developing the role of principals as instructional leaders and staff developers
• the school leadership teams

To redefine the role and function of AFL leadership teams by:

• developing ways of recognizing teams
• affirming the original definition of leadership team and build on it
• developing common understanding
• developing support of leadership teams in terms of what and how they bring back session information

To use AFL as an integrator of district initiatives that relate to teaching and learning by:

• building on existing model/visual or by re-creating it
