Step One

Download and complete the Application Form

Step Two

Submit completed application with the following documents:

• Copy of valid passport
• Copy of 2 years of school transcripts
• Letter of recommendation from school principal or teacher
• Tuition and Health Insurance Fees

Send application package by fax to 780-944-2006 or by mail to:

Note: If sending by fax, applications will not be processed until payment is received. Refer to method of payment for more information.

Step Three

• Letter of Acceptance from Edmonton Catholic Schools will be mailed to you within 2 weeks from receiving completed application and tuition fees
• Student applies for Study Permit to the Canadian embassy or consulate in his/her country of origin

Step Four

• Student arrives in Edmonton
• Student must register at the International Student Program office prior to attending school.
• Student calls 780-944-2001 to schedule an appointment.

At the scheduled appointment/orientation held at the International Student Office, students will:

• Meet the International Student Program staff
• Receive an orientation about their program
• Submit a copy of their student permit
• Submit a copy of the custodian declaration form (if applicable)
• Pick up their student health insurance card
• Receive the Yellow admissions form required for registration at designated school
• Be ready to start school
